- Gabrielle is in 3-6 month clothing sizes as of today. They're really too big, but the 0-3 month sleepers don't give her enough room to stretch her legs out all the way. Homegirl is growin!
- I survived leaving Gabrielle for a whole school day. Actually, two school days. And now I don't have to do it again until January 2. Unlike most moms I know, I didn't cry. I think that's because I left her with Jason (and then Marianne), and I knew it would only be two days. Plus, she's spent several hours away from me with Mom & Dad before.
- Our 3-year anniversary is tomorrow. I can't believe it. Tonight, I told Gabrielle about the biggest event of each of the last few years.
- 2002... We got married.
- 2003... We graduated from schools.
- 2004... We bought a house.
- 2005... We brought a daughter into the world.
As much as I am able, I promise that the big event for next year will not read "We brought another child into the world." Nope. One is good for now. I think it will be "Jason turned 30!!" (Mark your calendars. April 27th. Gag gifts welcomed.)
